The True Concept Of A Skiller.

There is one question that puzzles me and possibly thousands of other people (P-Server or not).
A skiller is commonly reffered to as a level 3 who trains non-combat related skills -but are they the only type of skillers?
Take a defence skiller for example - maybe 45, 60 or even 70 defence. Are they really counted as skillers?
And then, furthermore, you have the attack skiller - 60, 70, or even 99 attack - are they also in the army of skillers?
Along with the prayer skiller, the defence and attack skiller, and even more! The range of different 'skillers' is endless.
However, the main topic - are these really skillers?

If you have a skiller with 65 defence and 60 attack; 99 prayer and 65 defence; 99 attack and 45 defence - or anything else - whats the difference to a main with other skills added in?
The topic of wether a defence/attack/prayer skiller really are skillers is a debateable subject on which I hope you all to join me in discussing.

Well, its a skille rif its onkly 1 stat e.g 99 att 1 of evrything and sum non cbs, if its 99 def all non cmbs hen its skiller 99 pray too 99 str etc..

Yea, but does that mean your acc is really a skiller?
