Buying Runescape Account.

I'm buying a RS acc, with:

60+ Attack
60+ Strength
40+ Defence (I'll easily take 1 or 20 aswell)
1+ Prayer (31, 43 or 52 would be nice)
Any Range
Any Mage

I'd appreciate some items or cash to go with the account. But in any case I'll be happy. Finally, I'd like:

Atleast three non-combat skills 60+. If some are just lower inform me.

i might be able to get you my old account, my friend is borrowing it for he the time being.

the stats are;
Attack: 72
Strength:72
Defence:70
HP:70+ (can't remember exact.)
Range:62
Mage:53
Prayer: 43

i can't remember any non-combat skill levels.

oh, and when i get it back off my friend you can have it for free.

I should have it within 1 Week.
